You know what else Earthspark lacks? Genuine defected Decepticons who--unlike Megs--make effort to fix their wrongdoings. Also Autobots who are done with serving their faction or other reasons.

He takes over Megatron's spotlight. The face paint is mourning paint for Skywarp while the scar was given by Starscream when Thundercracker revealed his betrayal to him and the Decepticons.
Thundercracker, Starscream and Skywarp are brothers here. Skywarp died during the war on Earth, with an injury Starscream gave him over a dispute being a cause. The remaining two brothers' feud is a harsh reminder for the Terrans to take care of each other no matter how bad things could get between them.
