Day 4 of concepting a new character every day until 2.0 releases: Faz-Goo (Nightguard)

Day 4 of concepting a new character every day until 2.0 releases: Faz-Goo (Nightguard)

"guurrgglll..."

In party mode: Faz-goo will fully transform into the previous nightguard once tagged in, effectively giving you an extra life with them.

In solo mode: Faz-goo will fully transform into a different random nightguard each life.

Critical lore delivered via twitter dot com

joking aside this is actually a really fun interpretation of Ennard I’m excited to see how it plays out :3

Does anyone know the original artist?

I usually just use reverse image search for this sort of thing but it hasn’t been very helpful this time around

Twitter discourse makes me rule

yes I’m vagueposting it’s because this is my (arguably more pathetic) version of throwing a tantrum because I’m bad at regulating my emotions >>>:(

Fredsweeper is not nerfed in endless mode guys

I’m fairly certain this is where this misconception comes from, with people assuming that SpookyRick is saying that Fredsweeper will have a nerfed token output. But it is much more likely that the thing being balanced around 2 minute nights here is THE BOSS’ MECHANIC ITSELF. He is saying that the Boss being able to end nights quickly is “more fair than it sounds” because nights are shorter for everyone in endless mode. If Fredsweeper was having its token output directly nerfed in endless mode (specifically in relation to the Boss, WHICH IS WHAT THE COMMENTER HERE IS ASKING ABOUT) he would’ve just said that.

I’m probably getting more heated about this than what it’s worth but it just really gets under my skin seeing this kind of misinformation spread around so confidently

What nightguard are you looking forward to playing the most?

Personally the Boss’s gimmick seems rly fun, I love the idea of nightguards with different win conditions.

Also for reference, here are all the confirmed nightguard mechanics:

Fredsweeper Frank: Blocked animatronics no longer drop tokens, but earnings from minigames are doubled.

Vannabelle Dewlap - Animatronics introduced in version 2.0 are more likely to appear.

The Boss - Instead of ending at 6 A.M., the night ends once you’ve collected 60 tokens.

Mary Schmidt - Time normally progresses at half speed… but increases to double speed when listening to the music player in the back of the office.

William Afton - Starts every night with a free Beartrap… But if he dies, every other party member dies with him.

Mike: No gimmick, he’s just Mike.

Jeremy: Easier animatronics are more likely to appear.

Fuck it, SP bosses

>See my concept for SP versions of every other character here -> Part 1, Part 2

Info on Salvage SP (all effects persist for the rest of the fight)

Phase 1 - Salvage will now force the doors open if he reaches them while they’re closed

Phase 2 - Shocking him after he’s already started draining power will drain an additional 5%

Phase 3 - Clicking vent wires only sends them back a few spaces instead of removing them entirely. You’ll have to push them all the way back to eliminate them.

Phase 4 - 1 more wire spawns in the office each time

Phase 5 - Salvage will start summoning a random animatronic every 15 seconds until he’s defeated
