CBD balm for muscle soreness (post-workout)?

I've been thinking to try CBD balm for post-workout, the muscle soreness after leg day can be brutal after 2 days and I wouldn't be able to move much. Do you guys usually apply it right after workouts or more before bed/recovery time? and would it be ok if I apply more than once in a day?

Anyone here swap coffee for functional mushrooms?

So I usually have like 3-4 cups of coffees during workdays, especially in the afternoon when my focus starts dropping hard. But lately my stress and anxiety level have been high and coffee made me feel even more anxious. So I've been thinking to swap them with functional mushrooms instead, I already bought it but going to start taking it tomorrow. Just want something that will help with my overall focus without triggering my anxiety because I usually can't work without coffee.

Anyone else here has tried doing the same switch? how did it go for you? and when is the best time to take it? (I don't plan to stop coffee entirely btw I think I will still drink it in the morning)

Anyone here invested in Bali villa/resort projects?

I’ve been living in Bali for a while now and been thinking more about property investment lately. I was originally looking at normal rentals, but my friend recently invested in one of those fully managed villa project and it got me curious because he literally doesn’t have to do anything with the property management and it’s already generating income for him.

I don't have time if I have to deal with the property management myself that's why I think this type of investment could be good for me. Would love to hear from anyone who’s done hospitality style investments before, how did it go for you?

Geonet property - Bali hotel/villa investment for passive income?

Hi everyone! I'm Australian living in SG, trying to figure out what else I can do to diversify my income. My friend recently invested in one of those fully managed resort projects in Bali through geonet properties and he liked that he didn’t have to deal with tenants, maintenance issues, or daily management like with normal rentals (mostly hands-off). He's already making money from it, which got me more interested in how these types of investments actually work compared to traditional rentals.

Now I’m curious whether this is more common than I thought or if he just got lucky. For people who’ve invested in hospitality projects before (in Indonesia or anywhere else around SEA) what are the things to watch out for long term?

Fellow teachers, what teaching strategy improved your classroom significantly?

I teach 5th grade at a public school in Texas and classroom management is something I’m always trying to improve. I realized that one of the main challenges I've had came from the fact that students are all at different levels and learn in completely different ways. Some need more support and repetition, while others finish quickly and lose focus if they aren’t challenged enough.

Lately I've been trying to use AI to help make differentiated materials, I don’t have hours every night to create multiple versions of assignments manually so it’s made it a lot easier to adjust lessons for different levels. I still check and made adjustments to the materials after that. So far I’ve noticed it’s helped a lot with engagement, especially for students who were a bit behind before and would normally shut down/get frustrated during independent work. They seem more willing to participate now :) It’s also helped some of my faster students stay focused longer because they’re not just waiting around after finishing early.

Would love to hear from other teachers, what strategies/tools have genuinely helped you in keeping students engaged/improved your class overall?

O-1A visa approved finally!

Got approval in 11 days with premium processing. USCIS received my case on May 1 and my attorney got the approval email late evening yesterday. No RFE.

I’ve actually been preparing for this for a long time, so feels really good to finally get it through :') putting everything together was the most stressful part, got help from promopanda to organize everything. Was also pretty skeptical with all the situation that has been going on lately...such a huge relief.

Would love to hear how things are going for others (timelines, RFEs, approvals, anything).

Hi everyone, so I'm planning to outsource all of my sales/BD team next month through chief GTM, mainly to handle cold reach and to get meetings booked after that it will be handled by me or some of my team. At first I was thinking to hire some dedicated people to handle it all but comparing the cost I think it would be less costly to outsource and I don't have to deal with the hiring as well (since we don't have hr yet).
Has any of you outsource your sales team before? how was it compare to building your own in-house team?

Hi all, I'm currently thinking about outsourcing our BD/sales function to chiefgtm instead of building everything in-house. Small team here and I feel like hiring/managing sales internally might be slower and more expensive.
Anybody has done this before? what's the pros and cons?

We're still in a very early stage now and I don’t have the time to build out a full sales motion from scratch. Right now it’s just me + 2 other people, most of our time is going into product + ops. Pipeline is basically inconsistent at best and I can already tell lead gen is going to be a bottleneck if I don’t fix it soon. I’m seriously considering outsourcing both lead generation and maybe even parts of the sales process just to get things done, been in conversation with outsourcing firm (cost wise is good compare to hiring sales people).
Has any of you done this before? I want to know the comparison between having own internal team of sales vs outsource.

I’m at that stage where we're still a small team of 3. I’m juggling sales, marketing, ops, and even finance myself. Some days are under control, other days it’s just reacting to whatever is urgent.
Finance is still a bit messy, cash flow, coming in vs going out, etc. we're using excel to track everything. It’s not hard individually, but combined with everything else it gets too much sometimes. I'm outsourcing a BD team from chiefgtm to handle leads generation so I can focus more on closing and maintaining clients, it did free up some mental space.

If you've been in this stage, how did you structure it better? What system worked for you?

We’re a pretty lean setup and I’m trying to figure out what’s actually sustainable when I don’t have a full sales team (basically I do most of the lead gen at the moment and 1 team member help but not fully). Some days the pipeline can get a bit messy/inconsistent during busy months. Any tips? and please don't offer any AI tools (I'm so overwhelmed with that)
