Due to sudden job change, moving and selling everything, all were bought this year or last December so the conditions are nearly new except sofa due to heavy use by our cat. Location is fort greene/ downtown brooklyn, building is the Rocklyn.

The current lease assignment runs through Jan 1, 2027.
