Never seen a job that punishes its staff for doing their job like thos before

Couple of hours left of shift, driving around with a probationer, thought to myself 'I know, we'll do some traffic as she hasn't had much exposure to that yet and its a bit Q thos afternoon'.

End up with a disqual driver on the side of the road. Long story short - now stuck with a full file to complete trying to navigate an absolutely shocking IT system.
1 or 2 other members of the team? Sat in the office all day. Workloads on 0, easy life.

Where in the holy fuck is the incentive to go out and pull over another car?

EDIT: Just to clarify as I may have worded this poorly: I am NOT asking for others to do my work for me. It just seems to be a bit of a negative feedback loop where detecting low-level crime is disincentivised with wholly disproportionate file builds.

I have never seen such a potentially fantastic game insist on shooting itself in the foot like Warhammer 3 does.

I love this game. I've spent thousands of hours in WH2 and love so much of WH3. The faction variety, huge map, atmosphere and visuals are all so much fun to experience.

And yet.

Some of the decisions made are just baffling and for the life of me I can't understand how such a clearly talented team of developers make some truly god awful design choices.

The maps - wtf happened? Any fight in Nagarythe guarentees you one of a potentially 2 maps which gets old fast on a continent the size of North America. And no matter where you fight, look forward to trees. Who the hell gave them feedback from WH2 to the effect of ''yeah it gets kind of old being able to actually see what's happening, how about the entire battle is obscured from the players POV?'

Random events - Main menu -> start new campaign -> select faction -> select difficulty -o> start game. Reach turn 30, having a blast and STOP!! Looks like there's a plague spreading that's destroying all your armies and settlements. Should only last 10 turns but that's bugged and its just staying there. Looks like there was one of about 20 tickboxes in the menus at the start of the game and if you didn't want to have your entire campaign end based on RNG, you should have UNticked it since its actually selected by default. Who the fuck made that decision?

Sieges - not going to beat a dead horse here but what in the actual fuck is this supposed to be? WH2 they were simple, granted but whenever I load up a siege I'm left wondering what the hell is this mess? The settlements make no logical sense - so N'kari and his demons are rampaging around Ulthuan, an area so often attacked that Eltharion has devoted his life to its defence, but instead of gates we have an open staircase leading up to the town centre??? Then we have supplies which give magical popup towers, barricades that can only be placed in illogical locations and settlements that are vastly too big for the armies the game can realistically have on screen.

Like I said, overall this is a great game! But some of the decisions they have made and stuck by over the years are genuinly baffling.
