I want a venue with a open vendor lists withing the suburbs or Chicago. I have friends and family that are florist, caters, photographers, etc so I would prefer to use them instead of a preferred vendor list. I also feel like open vendor list is a way to keep the cost down since I can negotiate vendor pricing.
I really like the mansion/estate coziness for a wedding! Any recos in the chicagoland area? Don't really care where as long as it within 1-2 hours from Chicago. I have found a few but wondering if someone has a hidden gem they want to share ❤️
I come from a very very religious family and I left once I was in college. So I feel like an after party is a great way to still be able to drink and dance how I want to but not make it weird or awkward for those who do not want to participate. But how does it typically go? Can I only invite certain people? Is it usually at the venue? What is your sequence of events? Did you put the after party on the invite or program?? ANY info on it would be appreciated even if it seems obvious, I probs don’t know it lol

I have always lived 10 mins away and it is soooo pretty! I have a connect who is a member but I don't want to ask him to sponsor me if there is no way I can afford it!
