6 weeks post OP had feeling of a “let go”

270 degree Labral repair with remplissage and bicep repair. 6 weeks out of sling last night was on the elliptical for 1.5 hours and felt a small part of the shoulder “let go” for a split second. Arm was either just hanging/swaying or holding onto stationary hand bar. After that i was in a lot of pain. Got better this morning but still constant discomfort and soreness. I can still move the arm as I could normally at my 6 week bench mark. Strength is still normal but very sore painful and feels tight/swollen. Is this a major concern I should inform my doctor about?
