I have some regular getaways with friends that I enjoy. And then there are the trips I plan for myself. I have lovely friends who express interest in joining. I immediately feel anxiety when this happens bc I dont want company, but don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. One of the reasons I love solo travel is because I don't have to compromise on the itinerary. I can accomplish things at my pace/budget. I'm not asking for advice on how to be a better travel partner. I'm asking how you guys gracefully decline when someone wants to join you. Thanks.

did it impact the band with this tour being such short notice? Was everyone like oh well I guess we're going on tour because Bruce said so? Do you think they were conversations to be sure everyone was available? I mean I know why they call him the boss but E Street has families etc...
