Looking at trading my 1995 lexus ls400 for a 2002 325xi 4D, does the bmw sound funny in the video?

The bmw has got 211000 miles and a binder of maintenance records
My ls has a little less miles and more worn interior

I got a 1995 thats got electric issues. It was sitting for a couple months. I charged the battery and drove it to the gas station where it died. After i swapped batteries it drove down the road then died when I put it in reverse. It sometimes dies when I put it in gear, especially reverse. It also takes forever to jump it. Is it an alternator issue or something different? Thank you.
