Migrating from Bigin to ZOHO

Hi I have been a Bigin user for a few months but I think I would better using the main ZOHO platform. I've asked ZOHO if the migration is simple and will preserve deals/pipelines and of course they say yes but just wanted to check in if anyone has done this and how painless it was.

Airport Parking Under Fire

Laughable comments from the CEO of the airport trying to compare their parking charges to that of a city centre. How many city centre car park operators own their own land?

Just did a quick check at Barcelona airport where their most expensive car park is £115 for 2 weeks compared to £150 at Manchester. Last time I was there the "kiss and fly" was free as well.

He says they're competing with taxis which is true but does he not realise that taxis will be pegging their prices to what it would cost to park at the airport?

What is a Tib?

Now answered, thanks. It's a culverted river. We've got Tib St, Tib Lane but they are not adjacent. Is a Tib a thing, a person, an abstract concept?

Is there such a thing as "cool" care home for the elderly in GM?

We're looking for a care home for an elderly relative (not dementia care) and my God the ones we've looked at are depressing and pretty much all the same - lounges with a big TV on that no-one is watching, plastic flowers and "live, laugh love" crap everywhere. Are there any that emphasise doing stuff and mental stimulation - cooking together, a bit of gardening, crafts, things like having therapy dogs come in.

G20 Summit in Manchester?

The Times politics editor is reporting that Burnham told Trump in his first call that the G20 summit will be in Manchester.

Great for the city and everything but already feeling that his focus on Manchester is looking unwise when your big pitch is to improve the lives of people all across the country.

It just needlessly gives opponents something to attack you on.

HP combined with oil fired AGA?

After some discusions with a reputable installer it lools like we'd need dual pumps which is just cost prohibitive. (Big old farmhouse, rubble walls, quite exposed not much more we can do insulation short of massive disruption which is not on the agemda)

We have an Oil aga on an inside wall so basically a massive heat lump towards the middle of the house which also vents a lot of heat up the flue. The AGA heats our water too and we have the AGA switched on for around 8 months of the year depending on weather. We have n electric hob/oven to cook during the summer.

We don't want to get rid of the AGA

Is it possible to recover that lost flue energy with a heat pump and think of the HP as having to do less donkey work because the AGA heats the kitchen almost single handedly and provides back ground heat to the two bedrooms above and the hall on tje other side of the kitchen wall?

We also have a 14 panel solar + battery but we don't export much as we have an EV.

Thanks for constructive suggestions!

Why is Deutsche Bahn so useless?

How can a rail company be this bad at running trains?

If you are still planning your trip, just leave Germany completely out of your plans unless you really like sitting in station cafes for hours.

Is it over for Reform?

Congratulations to Burnham on a convincing win.

I didn't think he should stand but that's that.

After Denton, Caerphilly and Gorton (and almost Runcorn) do we think Reform are no more than local council protest vote?

European Sleeper - avoid

I'm on the Bussels to Berlin sleeper. For €180 each our train has left an hour late, the cabins were still locked 20 minutes after departure, there's no water in our cabin and the toilets at the end of our carriage are either locked or flooded.

The rolling stock is real 1980s vibe.

Total rip off.

Lithuanian Trains Website Down?

I'm getting a "403 forbidden" result the last few days in Chrome and Edge. Tried incognito with same result.

Anyone know if the Vilnius > Riga service is running on July 1st? Got a feeling I'm on the LuxExpress!
