Still possible when life gets in the way ?

For the next too to three years I will go to a very competitive school in which I will work/study like 12h+ everyday

I have been training for 1 year and a half and I want to keep training, so I thought about doing a mike mentzer style program with 1 lower body day and 1 upper body day 1-1h30 each, what do you think ? ( And if I only sleep like 6 hours a day, would that still work out ? )

Ankle mobility

I'm trying to improve my ATG squat mobility, but I struggle to keep my center of gravity, I figure I have pretty long legs.

I've been training m'y ankle dorsiflexion for a while, staying in deep squats for up to 4-5 minutes at a time a few time throughout the week

Nevertheless, I don't feel any real improvement, so i'm asking if you'd recommend to either :

1 - Just be patient/stretch more, maybe everyday

2 - Try to focus on my hip opening/mobility with a wider stance

3 - Just give up and relie on shoes with elevated heels

Strengh transfer

Hello, I don't have a gym membership nor a barbell, but I want to have a big deadlift once I will have access to it. What I do have is a sandbag, does this ( zercher deadlift I guess ) transfer to deadlifts?
