About law that passed today by swornim wagle

Imagine gara Nepal wants to build huge things like new clean-energy power plants, hydropower ra high-tech train lines, athawa smart cities. Usually, the government gets money from regular taxes or standard bank loans. But sometimes, that isn't enough, or it takes too long.

Alternative Development Finance Bill lai yo issue solve garcha jun pass bhayo.

Yesari socha if you want to buy a really expensive video game, you could save your allowance (traditional way), like afai khuturke ma bachauxau ani kinxau athawa you could start a crowdfund online, like live bata aru mass people sanga magne, partner with a sathy to split the cost.

This new law basically creates official rules so Nepal can use "creative" and non-traditional ways to get big amount of money from international investors, private companies, and special global funds to build the country faster.

Nepal ~ a walking time bomb?

Seismologists lai vanexan"Great Himalayan Earthquake" jun lai pura Nepal represent garcha magnitude 8.8 or higher tyo ni twice is not merely possibility now but an inevitable geological event that will happen and is bound to happen. This is not even question of “if” but the question of “when”. The Himalayan region of Nepal has accumulated enormous tectonic stress because the Indian plate is colliding with the Eurasian plate at roughly 40–50 mm per year, with 15–21 mm of that movement being stored as elastic strain along the major faults. Study lai directly suggest garecha in next 100 year year we will inhabitably face 8-9 magnitude earthquake. 600-700 year bata central Himalayan ko stress haru release huna pachaina ani it has accumulated too much energy. Nepal epicenter nai vayeko lai ekdam heavy damage behorcha. Warned ni gareko rahexan dherai top geologist lai built-up tension lai massive rupture of magnitude 8.5 to 9.0 unleash garcha. Roger Bilham ~"The highest risk exists in segments that have remained quiet for the longest periods: Central Himalayan Gap (small part of india and entire Nepal): This area has been seismically quiet for over 500 years and is considered the most probable site for a major event (potentially M 8.0–9) that could raze entire country in a single night."

Earthquake ko history chai yesto xa:

1255: A massive seismic event (approx. 7.8 magnitude) struck Nepal, resulting in catastrophic damage throughout the Kathmandu Valley.

1260: The Sagarmatha territory experienced a 7.1 magnitude tremor.

1344: A high-intensity earthquake occurred in Nepal, with estimates placing it between 7.5 and 8.2 magnitude.

1408: Widespread ruin was reported following an 8.2 magnitude quake along the Nepal-Tibet border.

1505: A monumental earthquake (estimated Mw 8.2–8.9) struck the western Himalayas, likely fracturing a major portion of the Main Frontal Thrust. Simultaneously, the Kabul area felt a significant tremor (7.0–7.9).

1555: Kashmir was hit by a major quake estimated between 7.6 and 8.0 Mw.

1681: An 8.0 magnitude event was documented in Nepal’s Northern Koshi region.

1714: Bhutan recorded a powerful earthquake with an estimated Mw of 8.0–8.2.

1767: The Northern Bagmati zone of Nepal was struck by a 7.9 magnitude tremor.

1803: The Garhwal area suffered an earthquake estimated between 7.5 and 7.9 Mw.

1833: A major tremor (Mw 7.6–8.0) hit the Bihar-Nepal border, causing heavy casualties and damage across both nations.

1869: Kathmandu experienced a 6.5 magnitude earthquake.

1897: The Great Assam Earthquake occurred; while historically labeled as 8.7, modern estimates place it closer to Mw 8.0–8.3. It remains one of the strongest recorded globally.

1905: The Kangra region of northwest India was devastated by an 8.5 magnitude event (Mw estimates vary).

1916: A 7.7 magnitude quake was recorded near the border of Nepal and Tibet.

1934: The historic Nepal-Bihar earthquake struck with an 8.0 Mw intensity, causing unprecedented destruction.

1950: One of the world's most powerful recorded quakes (Mw 8.6–8.7) occurred in the Assam-Tibet region.

1980: Western Nepal’s Bajhang district was hit by a 6.5 Mw earthquake.

1988: Eastern Nepal was struck by the Udayapur earthquake, measured between 6.6 and 6.9 magnitude.

1991: Northern India saw significant activity in Uttarkashi with a 6.8 Mw event.

1999: The Chamoli region in India was impacted by a 6.6 Mw tremor.

2005: A deadly 7.6 Mw earthquake devastated the Kashmir region.

2011: A 6.9 Mw tremor occurred in Sikkim, impacting the surrounding areas.

2015: The Gorkha earthquake (7.8 Mw) caused massive destruction in Nepal, followed shortly by a powerful 7.3 Mw aftershock in May.

Many small earthquake afterward to release that tension as well

Ani euta research paper February 2026 ma publish bhayo, that says Nepal ma yetro earthquake kahile aaucha vanne kunai ni fix nai xaina aja huna sakyo, voli huna sakyo ya years ma, but accumulated strain lai herda next 100 year bhitra mai anuman garna sakincha(https://www.bas.ac.uk/news/major-earthquakes-dont-run-to-timetable-6000-year-study-reveals/ ), tara 100 years ma chai fix hunxa re a very massive earthquake to reduce this tension, 9 magnitude ko aauda ghar haina entire road split hunxa dui tukra nai bancha, country nai ekdam heavily damage huncha ajha Nepal ma without a doubt catastrophic damage huncha 9 ko aaye. 2015 ko earthquake was devastating enough for people but it wasn’t devastating enough for Himalaya to release its entire formed energy. This is obviously inevitable and we will be facing it, no one is going to change tectonic plate, even sochda ni imagineable xaina, Nepal ko unimagineable jo damage huncha, and every research is pointing exact this as well, at end Nepal first catastrophe ko victim huncha, hamro country mentally matra stressed ho sochethe, desh afai physically ni ekdam vulnerable rahecha.

Let’s aware as well, hope government lai future ma policy lyaos, goverment vanda ni manche nai asap satarka vayera ghar banauda napera banaun, only thing Nepal can do is build very powerful house system, some revolutional change in civil engineering would be required, nothing other can be done, I don’t believe 9 magnitude earthquake can leave single house of current as of 2083 leave intact

Love

In our z generation meaning of love has entirely changed. We are already chasing a lot of things in the life money, validation, care, protected inner self, detachment from trauma. It's like a tug of war, rope is your life and on 2 sides of rope, one side are you and another side are these all things you are chasing. You try to pull these things in your life for which you spend a lot of time, energy and effort. Love is something that will give you hands to pull these from your side of that 2 sided rope, love isn't hand that pulls more energy and time from another side, and you pull from their side as well, as a mutual effort. Moment love becomes thing you need to chase, it will just be another thing that you need to pull just like money, validation, care......and you will hate love and never get to it's true meaning.

(Bare minimum, 6 feet, 6 inch, 6 figure, muscular) or (cute, baddie, hot, thick, short, perfect) moment you chase looking these things, never you get to taste the nectar of how relieving is it to completely surrender to your love without judgement, without expectation, without the social labeled condition and letting them do same as well.
