Need cycle recommendations under ₹20k for Delhi city riding + cardio

I cycled about 5 years ago, and I’m now getting back into it.

Budget: ₹15k (stretch to ₹20k if worth it)

Height: 5’3” (160 cm), need small frame

Use case: I’ll mainly be riding in Delhi city, mostly on paved roads but with some bad patches, potholes, and speed breakers. The rides will be short daily trips like going to the gym, running errands, or picking up groceries. I also want to do occasional cardio rides of around 30-60 minutes. I’m not planning any off-road or speed-focused riding, so the priority is comfort, durability, and low maintenance.

Preferences: I prefer geared cycles, but a simple 1x7 or 1x8 setup is more than enough for me. A rigid fork is fine as long as the tyres are wide enough to handle rough city roads. Ideally, I’m looking for tyres in the 35–42C range for added comfort and stability.
Right now, I’m seriously considering the Decathlon Riverside 120 (Small) because it seems to match my needs well with its 1x8 drivetrain, 700x38C tyres, rigid fork, and proper sizing for my height.
Would you still recommend the Riverside 120 for this use case, or is there a better option available under ₹20k that I should consider instead?

Fitbit on ankle for strength training and cardio?

I recently got a Fitbit air and am considering wearing it on my ankle instead of my wrist for convenience and because it’s less noticeable.

I’ve compared wrist vs ankle placement for steps and heart rate during normal activity, and the numbers seem almost identical. My main question is about workouts.

Has anyone used their Fitbit on their ankle for strength training and cardio? How accurate were the heart rate, calorie burn, active zone minutes, and workout tracking compared to wearing it on your wrist?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s been doing this
