[TOMT] Late 90s early 2000s house / techno song

I only know the song from a burned CD I received in the early 2000s. It was a techno/house album, the song was a remix and I don’t believe it had any lyrics but the song that was heavily sampled from had female vocals. Maybe something like fly away or something like that but that search result brought up nothing useful.

There were airplane flying overhead samples. The first minute or two were very grating, with lots of record skips oscillating between silence and a wall of sound until it evolved into a poppy techno melody.

I believe it was a DJ something, I think I recall a white album with maybe a make on the cover, maybe Arabic words or another symbol.

Any help would be great, thanks!
