Hi! I’m hoping someone here could help me find a relatively local gynecologist, urologist, pain doctor, colorectal surgeon, or whoever else takes insurance and can do pudendal nerve block injections. I don’t care what speciality or the dr’s gender. As long as I can get an appt and they take insurance.

My PT suggested looking into it. She thought it might make me more comfortable, at least temporarily. The nerve pain is making it hard to make any progress in PT.

Most of what I’ve been finding online seems to be private practices that do not take insurance and that PRM protocol place, which also doesn’t take my insurance.

Hello! Just wanted to know if anyone has used Baclofen suppositories rectally and vaginally at the same time? My doctor said these suppositories are formulated to be safe for both. But idk if it would be a waste to do both at the same time.

I have hypertonic muscles all throughout my PF so I can’t easily just do the one closer to the problem.

I was given a course of clindamycin cream for 7 days for CV. I ended that two nights ago and feel like some of it is still coming out? Is that possible or is this yeast or something?

There’s not a ton coming out, but what’s there is white and thick. It’s not itchy but burning mildly, which has kinda been the case from the medication all week.

Not sure if this is normal. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! I suspect I have CV and my gynecologist seemed to think it wasn’t real. Even if it’s not what I have, I’d really like to go to a doctor who could at least discuss it with me.

I live in DC but I’d be happy to travel elsewhere in the DMV area for a good doctor. I’d really appreciate a recommendation if anyone knows of one.
