Rental question?

Hello, I'm not sure how to describe my question.

I have about 2 or 3 months left on my lease. There's a homeless encampment that has set up in the alleyway behind me and I've been reporting it to both 311 and the landlord. Nothing has been done about it. They've been there since January and they now have a whole bike chop shop set up with all sorts of people coming and going. There was a time where a very strong chemical odor permeated my entire home from their fires. I hear them arguing, yelling, throwing up, and I haven't felt comfortable sleeping in my own bedroom. My window faces the alley and their smells and noise are worse there.

Does anyone know if this makes me eligible to break my lease legally? The men stare at me when I have to go in my yard to pick up the dog poop and I just don't feel safe or comfortable in my own home anymore. They are not actively threatening me, but I am a 5ft tall woman (BIPOC) and I live alone. Please help me with information!

Thank you!

Edit to add: I have never called the cops. I have no idea why people are saying that in the comments. I make reports about the trash using the 311 app because it comes into my yard and my dogs can get sick from it. I am a brown woman living alone in a low-income neighborhood. I am too poor to move to a bougie area.

ISO fence supplies

Hey all. I'm seeking some help with reinforcing this fence in my backyard. I cannot afford to build something new. I'm hoping someone has some extra chicken wire or other steel fence stuff to help me out.

Btw, I've been reporting this issue since January and the county has done absolutely nothing. I strongly believe the fact that I live in an impoverished neighborhood has a lot to do with their inaction... For now, I'd love any help to stop the trash from getting in, and to ensure my dogs are secure. Photo of the affected area. You can see where the fence was already patched up with chicken wire but it's coming off.

MAT Cost?

Hello, all!

I am returning for the MAT program after 2 years of being out. If you completed the MAT program recently, what was the total cost?

I just paid for the summer semester and it was $1745. I would like to know in order to prepare myself (budget wise).

Thanks!

I'm interested in planting some bougainvillea in my backyard for privacy. Has anyone had any success with them in the area? My backyard has partial shade from large trees. If you have any, what do you do to keep them healthy? Where did you get them?
