I'm currently using a snail mucin toner from DearBOO, a moisturiser from Glamfox that's got rice and niacinimide, and every other night the beginner retinol from Inkey list, though I don't think that one is the issue as I've only been using that for a week, and I've used stronger retinols in the past with no issue (easing back in now I can use retinols again after breastfeeding).
My skin has had these patches of dryness and breakouts for months now. I'm getting a blood test on Thursday as my doctor thinks I'm anemic (probably), but skincare wise what do I need to do? My skin used to be really low effort so I've got no experience in problem solving 🥲 I sense my barrier is fucked, but how does one un-fuck the barrier? I'm also getting major fine lines on my forehead and would like to *not* look like Gordon Ramsay at 30. Help me please 😭
