I am looking for a model which may be good for analyzing and summarizing about 20 years worth of case files, pleadings and legal research.

At this point, it is more just "hobbyist" than business critical (and worst case scenario, I have a sweet new gaming PC with a 24GB RTX 4090 and 128GB DDR5).

I'm dual booting into Ubuntu and Win11 (just because Windows is still useful if the AI thing is a bust).

6yo with allergic reaction

We have tried so many "underlayments" (silicone, hydrocollid, and others). We've tried applying flonase, hydrocortisone, diphenhydramine before insertion and even applied some to the bandage after insertion.

Fortunately, Dexcom is decent about sending replacements, but frequently we have to go out of pocket (~$100) to buy sensors to carry us through. Since he is little and growing, he has a tendency to crash at night, so a CGM is important (he's had a couple critical low seizures, so we like some advanced warning).

With summer here, we are lucky to keep one on him for 3-4 days!

Does anyone have any magic tricks for this? He is on the spectrum and objects to placement anywhere but his arms, but we rotate the places on his arms, to give inflamed areas a break.

My 4yo taught himself to play

He's 6 now and plays several instruments by ear (glockenspiel, steel drum, xylophone). Teacher thinks he has perfect pitch. He's playing the "Russian Alphabet Song" because he also taught himself Russian for some odd reason.

He amazes me. Other than surrounding him with keyboards and playing a lot of "classical" music, how do I nurture this?

Mangione Supression Ruling Today

Trying to determine how the gun & notebook are admissible, but the passport and other items in the backpack are not. (From news sources it seems the gun was just "inventoried", but wasn't the gun one of the reasons he was arrested in the first place? i.e., without the gun, there would have been no seizure to inventory.)

Does anyone have a link to the actual Order?

ETA: According to The Order, he was officially arrested for forgery & tampering related to the fake ID, and admitted it was a fake ID and confirmed as a fake ID through NCIC. He was not officially arrested on suspicion of being the suspect. It *may* have turned out differently if Mangione had not provided a fake ID and name. If Mangione had just said, "I don't answer questions or talk with the police" when asked for his ID, he would have better suppression arguments.

However, the officer said he was "almost 100% sure" Mangione was the suspect whose picture was part of nationwide coverage, so that is probably "reasonable suspicion" enough for an investigative detention.

Also, yes. I misspelled "Suppression" in the title. FML. >.<
