Which bikes should i buy in your opinion ?

Hello, so soon i’ll have the means to buy the bike i always wanted to buy but it comes down to how much i’ll pay & Parts and dealer.

Im in Morocco we don’t have a big cruiser culture but im a cruiser fan, i like sports bike but i love cruisers.

I believe im not a beginner (maybe) had a scooter for 8 years and a scrambler 125cc for one year. I know my way around the road a bit. We have just naked bikes everywhere and a FEW cruisers.

My dream bikes are THREE,

1- Harley Streeg Bob

2- Indian Scout 101 or Sports Scout

3- Kawasaki Vulcan S

Here’s the deal. Harley left Morocco 3 years ago. My uncle owns a Breakout Pro Street 2017 CVO, struggles to find parts

But in a city nearby of 100km, there is some shops who can import HD parts but they don’t come as cheap + Street bob wouldn’t be new. Probably a Used one in good condition which I found in Casablanca.

On the other hand, Indian have a dealer in Morocco and are NEARBY me like 10 Kilometers. they only have that store. They sell indian bikes but for something specific as 101 its imported and ordered in advance, they told. Me they service indian bikes as licenced by indian. And i heard indian is more reliable than HD especially last 5 years.

Third is Kawasaki Vulcan S, dealer is just around my house two blocks away, fhey. Have Kawasaki and Royal Enfield (which i love their Shotgun) not as powerful as a big American V twin cruiser which is my priority but also easier and cheaper to find bikes and service

Now it comes down to fhe price, in Morocco our money is 10 times less valuable than Dollars, a 12 000 Dollar Indian Scout costs 15 000 dollars here and we get paid 10 times less, for someone in europe or North America is much affordable to buy these bikes than in Africa

Harley Davison Street Bob used good condition 2023 114 Milwaukee 8 is 15 000 dollars

Indian Scout 101 is 19 000 dollars ( 2 years warranty)

Kawasaki Vulcan S (Japanese Reliability) is 11 000 dollars (2 years warranty)

These three bikes i really love but i can only go for one. If you’re in my place considering the situation/country and all which would you pick ?

My uncle owns this Harley since 2019, he left to europe and left it. But i don’t know which Chopper it is. Is it Custom or it belongs to a certain lineup ?

The defamation of Argentina during the WC has been done before… and it was just recently.

We all saw what happened during the world cup, from the first game of the tournament, Argentina was under scrutiny and defamation. I made a post yesterday how this impacted me so deeply. I’m not argentinian but i wonder how an argentine would feel amidst all this propaganda and level of fake news. But then i remember just during AFCON 2025 that was held in Morocco.

It pretty much same thing has happened in the same manner. Argentina and Morocco were fhe rising teams in the last 5 years. Although Argentina was on another level. They were too hated for their success. But the opportunists outlets we’re waiting for an exact moment to claim “Rigged” and the catchy our of context words that would spread the hate.

Morocco in afcon were the organizers, and Afcon wasn’t a competition the whole words watch. It had a medium Platform. But 2025 was the biggest in coverage. Morocco was accused of buying the refs and fixing games. But it was untrue but it didn’t matter. Argentina was accused of fixing copa America 2025 snd the last Two WC. No proof just human errors that can benefit both teams or something out of context.

I saw some fellow Argentinians saying “ This WC we knew whom our brothers are and who our enemies are” because i noticed neighbored countries (not everyone) but a handful were confirming the hate to foreigners ourside Latin America. Morocco suffered the same. They were accused of being bad people and israel of Africa and our neighbor countries (not all) were playing confirmation bias tool for foreigners outside Africa.

Media outlets used every little thing and blew it out of proportion to stire controversy. Both teams lost the final. The media directed the camera to the things that would make those teams ever more hated, instead of showing the truth. Paid X accounts and TikTok accounts using even AI to spread misinformation.

This made huge pressure of players for both teams.

The world isn’t a kind place if you were portrayed a villain. Most people wouldn’t waste time to search for the truth. Instead they will think 40 Million people are racist because the media outlets says it.

When i said i feel you, this is what i was talking about. I know some might thing that just my love of Argentina national team is just superficial but no. I visited argentina and in love the passoon the country and the culture. If it started with football, it ended up with a wide love for a whole nation

Dear Argentinians i tried my best, your national team made love your country

I wanna first admit that i’m not Argentinian, but i’ve always liked argentina since childhood, my uncle was a big fan of Argentina and we even gave him a birthday present to travel to Argentina to attend a river game. We’re Moroccans, i grew up loving la Seleccion and visited Argentina once just because of that distant attachment i had.

Amongst all the propaganda Argentina suffered during this WC, i never felt the powerlessness of truth against the dominance of propaganda. Went everyday to coffee shop to watch the game being one of the very few supporting Argentina. After the game i went online i cant stand the amount of false news and hatred directed towards Argentina, tried to defend, make some people to use reason and not judge a whole country based on some tiktok reels but seems that we are in the age where truth doesn’t matter what matters is the pushed narrative.

Everyone is praying for Argentina to lose steam after messi is retiring but we will always believe that someday the WC is going to be won by Argentina again. And this WC gave me a huge lesson in life that i should never forget.

Edit: Sometimes these kind of hard times are like blessing in disguise, as someone said in fhe comments “it will make is know who were the true friends” anyone who tried to bring you down based on falsified lies is no friend.

I saw Messi giving a speech before fhe game and said “forget everything than happened before keep focusing on the game” and saw Enzo a bit tearing up. Like imagine fhe amount of stress and responsibility these players had. Carrying the hopes of 40 million people back home. And they gave everything they’re got in fhe fiend and made it to the finals. Imagine this amount of effort and you see the majority of the world calling you a cheater because of pushed propaganda. I have huge respect for them all.

Is driving a 50Cc motorcycle that i later turned into 120 cc considered experience to buy a bigger bike like the Indian ?

I had a scooter 50 cc but upgraded to 120 cc for 3 years. Never had a crash with it (im not a reckless speed person) however i have sold it a year ago. Now i got the chance to buy a dream bike. Mine is Indian Scout Bobber (or the sixty) or Bonneville Bobber. Many recommend Honda rebel 500 as a first big bike for beginners. But i don’t wanna keep changing bikes in hope to reach the one im really satisfied with.

Do i go for Honda rebel 500 (which i also dig but not as much as the other two) or i choose between the Indian and the Bonneville bobber ?

Im a fan of Bobbers and also some Scramblers that lean a bir towards the bobber

Not a fan of Choppers Heavy Classiques, i like The mash between Classic and Modern, and i found that in the modern Bobbers especially Indian and Bonneville Bobber

Main use is: City cruising, Short distance highway sometimes traveling

Passion: Mostly cruising without going in full speed, i like speed but not adrenaline rush speed.

Thank you in advance
