
Bottom Layer Defects
Hi all, I'm looking for some help with my first layer print on a smooth PEI plate.
As you ca see, I have extrusion gaps. I've tried increasing the line width and/or the flow rate. That will reduce the gaps/defects but it also starts to close of the lettering as the line squashes into the letter.
I'm using Orcaslicer on a K1 Max and Creality Hyper PLA, a layer height of 0.16 and a 0.4 nozzle.
