Dutasteride isn't working for me. Can I combine it with finasteride?

I've been using dutasteride for a few years now, and I even had a small hair transplant at my temples. But the hair loss continues. First it was at my temples, and now it seems to be happening all over my head. I also take 5mg of oral minoxidil and currently have mesotherapy with dutasteride and vitamins once or twice a month. I want to try adding finasteride since I've seen some successful cases. I've never had any side effects.

Dutasteride and minoxidil don’t work

I've been taking dutasteride and minoxidil for a few years now, and my hair is still falling out. A year ago, I had a hair transplant at my temples, but now I'm noticing hair loss all over my head again. I'm taking 0.5 mg of dutasteride and 5 mg of minoxidil. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to fix it?

Sigma 28-70 L-mount firmware update (Lumix s5iix)

Hi! I wanted to update the firmware following the steps on the Lumix website. I downloaded the file, transferred it to the SD card, and tried to update it from the camera. The problem is that it got stuck loading for a very long time (about 40 minutes) and I had to remove the battery, risking damaging the lens. Luckily, nothing happened and everything is still working as before, but I couldn't update it. Does anyone know what I can do? I wanted to take it to a service center, but Lumix cameras aren't commonly used here in Argentina, and they didn't have the lens mount with an L-mount to update it.

Lag Viltrox dc-x3 and lumix s5iix

Hi. I bought the DC-X3 monitor for my Lumix S5IIX, and when I connect it with the included HDMI cable, there's a bit of lag/delay in the image. It's quite uncomfortable to use. Does anyone know what I can do about it?
