Imagine being a boiler and seriously thinking looking at lips or whatever means anything. Anyone can do that with any character. I could easily make a slop video with Dustin/Steve faces/looking at lips 😂

Also, unlike nothingburger Byler that was never in the cards, the looks for Mike/El actually DO have meaning because it's written into the narrative and script. Boilers would avoid embarrassment if they actually watched the show and not social media slop videos 😂

Will should not have been a pining creeper. He had the whole roller rink he could have skated. He didn't need to hover so close to Mike/El here

Why does this scene make them so mad?

This scene has nothing to do with Will and especially has nothing to do with boiler. This is narratively a pure Mileven scene. No reason to get so mad.
