I just wanted to share my positive feedback on the new Krak app!
The Krak app is now much easier to use, as the interface is now less cluttered and easier to navigate.
The currently only uncensored TEE - E2EE AI model, Gemma 4 26B A4B Uncensored, always gives me a "Signature fetch failed: 502" error whatever I ask.
I this a Venice issue, or is the problem on my end?

I understand the what the AOP version is, but I do not know what the 4 others are ("Ulterion Motives", "Fan Tribute Remix", "Reimagined Lost Media Version", "Reimagined Rasio version"). Does anyone know more?
Could it be possible for the Venice AI team to make is so that copies of Characters keep the Memories of the original Character they are copied from?
Could it also be possible to have an easy way to move/copy Memories from one Character to another?
Currently there is an option to remove all Memories of a Character, but there is no option to import Memories from another Character to another Character, so currently the only solution is to painstaikingly copy and paste everything from one Memory tab to another.
This morning, when booting up my computer, I noticed that I had no wallet connected with Venice anymore.
I tried to connect my wallet to Venice again, but after scanning the QR code it is just stuck at "Connecting to MetaMask" on MetaMask.
Could someone please help?
Could you please tell me if there is a minimum amount of DIEM that need to be stacked to get some $ of API credit?
Wrote here that 1 stacked DIEM/day = 1$ of API credit/day.
However, if I stack 0,0080 DIEM, do I then get 0.0080$ in API credit/day?
After I linked my wallet with Venice, I have this message when I click on my wallet address on the upper right.
I have tried to fix this by disconnecting and reconnecting my wallet, but it does not work.
I have a Base wallet.
I am not sure if it is related, but when I try to stack my VVV tockens, I get the message
"Approving allowance
Waiting for allowance approval transaction to be signed..."
But I get nothing to sign on my wallet.
EDIT: I have tried with two other browsers, and the situation is even worse since for those I click on "Sign" on the Venice interface and it is just stuck signing.
EDIT2: I have tried with using a new wallet, MetaMask, and it works now. I think the issue is that Venice is very bad when it comes to using Cake Wallet (which is the wallet I used) despite having it in its list.
Could the Venice team please fix its interactions with Cake Wallet?
I have bought some Paysafecard money with my Krak card. The line on the Krak app for this purchase is marked as "Authorized" and I have not received any cashback.
Could you please tell me if that's normal?
On this FAQ page it is stated: "Some merchant, such as gas stations, hotels, car rentals, and ATMs, may place a temporary authorization hold that is higher than the final transaction amount. Please ensure you have additional funds available in your account to cover this hold. Authorization holds are usually released automatically once the merchant completes or cancels the transaction. If an authorization hold does not release after the merchant has completed or canceled the transaction, please contact merchant for assistance."
Is that what's happening here?
I would appreciate if Kraken were to add an additional FAQ point on their website specifically dedicated to listing all the status of a payment (Pending, Authorized, others if any) with their explanations.
EDIT: the "Authorized" has been removed, but there is in fact no cashback if your purchases is of a Paysafecard.
I just would like to report that that is no possibility to deactivate haptic feedback in the 'Preferences' of the Krak app.
On the Kraken and Kraken Pro apps, the haptic feedback setting is available, but not on the Krak app.
Title says it all. I do not plan to add a PIN code/biometric unlock for when I unlock my phone screen, to me it seems like a pure waste of time.
I already have to enter a PIN code when opening the Krak app, why would I also need to have a PIN code/biometric unlock for my screen unlock on top of this to have the rights to see the details of my own virtual Mastercard? I am sure the app does not even ask you for the PIN code/biometric unlock to access these card details, it just prevents you from accessing them if these are turned off.
Is the Kraken team working on making us able to see our virtual Krak cards' details even if we are not using a PIN code/biometric unlock to unlock our phone screen?
