Honda Big Wing Mangalore. Regarding payment for honda bike

Hi all
Need some help and advice with something
I am planning to buy a bike from here
They are asking to make the full payment before delivering the bike
Bike is out of stock so it takes time apparently
Even though I told i ll pay once I inspect the bike
They told they give to people who pay the whole amount first
They prioritise that way

Anyone faces similar issues? Anything we can do?

They also mentioned it’s fully refundable but cant provide anything on paper

Helloo
I will be getting my Honda CB360 Hness soon
I got some stock accessories, and few things im planning to buy after market.
I would need accessories like mirrors and headlights and fogLight since honda Stock is bad

Please suggest any places where i can mod these things.
Anywhere from uppala/manjeshwara to Ksd

Random stuffs giving away(Cable protector-C type Cable)- not selling

I have couple of cable protectors. Mostly useful for Iphone cables(since them expensive af)
I have like 5 of them- each has 4( refer the picture)
Also have smol C type cables(3 of them)(smol like blueteooth)
