What are your thoughts on Blockchain's future

I'm a cybersec grad from the UK, and I'm looking for entry level roles in aml, fin crime, Blockchain sometime in the future. I understand that market is bad and me not having professional experience is just destroying my chances more. My dream job is to work in Blockchain, hopefully the hype builds back up lol. I am just here seeking advice and thoughts on what you guys think are some possible things I can do or jobs I can look at maybe. I've been looking at all sorts of financial institutions but almost all of them ask for prior internship for an internship role or prior experience for an entry level job, so I'm finding it hard to find a way to get my foot in.

Product and routine tips

Hi all. Here's my routine, Neutrogena Shampoo followed by detangling hair with a wide comb tooth and then I apply Lidl's conditioner. And then I apply leave in conditioner by True Frog and I use the same brush to detangle my hair again. I comb at the end, idk cause it somehow makes my hair look more voluminous. But I feel the long straight flyways end up to be more somehow. That's another worry of mine.

My hair looks good only for like couple minutes but once it dries up, it just looks wack. And for days it will just look wack, so I just tend to wash my hair everyday.

I don't know what I could do to get much healthy curls, hydrating curls, curls that don't knot up much that result in hairfall later when I brush them out in shower. I couldn't ask anyone for advice before cause I have not met a single human being with my sort of hair. I think it's type 3 or smth. It is so hard to maintain. If you lot have any advice or tips please help me out.

Ps first photo was straight after haircut, and the last two are after hair wash.

Trying to cook authentic hyderabadi mutton biryani in the oven

Since I don't have a pot, I got an aluminium tray to cook in the oven. I even got papaya paste container to see if it can tenderise the meat and make it juice, unlike the last time I've attempted, when it turned out to be hard and chewy.

Has anyone attempted Hyderabadi mutton biryani in the oven, what settings and temp have you guys used? Have you let the tray sit on a open grill or plain grill with no ventilation? How much papaya paste to add in for a 1kg goat mutton?

I am not in a rush, so I can have it marinate in the fridge for long and have it even tomorrow. And also, the rice, when I cooked and layered the rice last time, it became mushy, I even used a huge colander, I even got a chai strainer lol. Don't know how to not water not transfer along with rice when layering.

Please help a brother out. Thanks in advance

Ps, I have been watching cook with fem videos for the recipe.

Trying to find a external hard disk please

Yes I do know about 3-2-1 strategy, so I'm only seeking help in finding an external hard disk from your experiences. I was looking at both Seagate and WD but unable to pull a trigger on one atleast with confidence. I'm looking for a 2TB storage. I have bad reviews for both sides, and my budget is low too, I can afford to spend max of 120pounds, I know it's not a lot, but I just want to know your thoughts on something good that I can get for that budget. Thanks in advance.

What are the chances of this satire evolving into an actual working party?

I genuinely wish to know if there's a single person here, who can take this forward or am I wrong about the whole thing. I genuinely wish this could actually turn out to be a working powerful party in opposition. Idc if the guy is in a foreign land or not, if it's not for him, would any of you take the chances.

It would be really nice to see this work out. Our nation as a whole and not just the people, we have always and will always be looked at as cockroaches in the eyes of foreigners and our own people. At a granular level, realistically how many of us can genuinely wake our neighbours up and make them join this movement? It is not easy and that is exactly why our country is doomed. We somehow can speak about anything and anyone online, but we know we can't do it offline. The fear is real. Power and control have never been in the hands of our proletariat.

I understand every country is different, so if I take the example of a small country like SG, at no point am I comparing SG directly to a bigger land and bigger dynamics of our nation. What SG saw from the time of them being kicked out and to where they are now is MENTALLL, and as far as I know, it is all because of the people and a strong leader, Late Former prime minister LKY and his genuine motive and his rich ideals. Now imagine if his thoughts and his ideals did not resonate with the people, would they ever have built themselves up to where they are now? No fuckin way. That is exactly what I feel, where I feel the main problem is. The foundation itself is the problem. I can speak more about him and his country, but I'll keep it short here but would suggest reading about him and his country.

I am not a student of politics or law, but I urge you lot to take this seriously, because it's past high time we wake up and do something about it. We all got our own life, our own selfish needs, our families, but I am tired of us seeing politics as an unachievable, unrelated and much worse something to be left for the next man to do. We either come together and tryyy doing something for our own good or stay as a fuckin joke to our neighbours and to a foreigner eyes.
