When will they be released to the public?

For me, I prefer Hourglass blush. More specifically Mood Exposure.

All publicity, rather good or bad, brings the DC Organization attention, sales, partnerships, business development, marketing (including but not limited to influencers), and more. Oh and ofc money.

I think TPTB purposely and strategically use the Comeback Girls as a way to bring the organization publicity in all forms..bottom line more moneyyyy.
