Going to trip pretty soon and planning on meditating for the first time while tripping? Anyone have any recommendations that don’t have any words just music? Thanks everyone!!

First time growing, if I have a 3lb grain bag from northspore and I use one brick of coco coir (650g) will this be enough for the northspore boomr bin? Not sure how the ratios work with the pounds and how big the bins are. Thanks for the all help!
