Subscriber Beware
Could have let me know before I signed up… 🙄
I signed up yesterday again and as soon as I leave the gym I get the notification above, less than 3 hours later post sign up.
Note the CS rep said planned update so Wellhub knew about LT Columbia but opted not to share or note on their page. When I was scanning app, deciding to resubscribe…this would have been good to know.
I will only be able to use Lifetime for another 13 days even though I had to sign up for a minimum of a month.
Just sharing if anyone’s thinking of using Lifetime Columbia and or signing up for the year commitment especially on tier access. So glad I just signed up for one month.
