How do i resolve issues with Qualification Check for King's College London?

I'm honestly so confused and stressed.

I'm joining King's this year, and they told me that my provisional degree certificate would be accepted. I also uploaded my final transcripts (all 10 semesters), and those are the final official transcripts from my university, they're not going to change.

Now Qualification Check is saying they need my final degree certificateand final transcripts before they can verify my application.

The problem is my university convocation isn't until 28 August,so I won't get the actual degree certificate until then. If I have to wait until August, it'll probably be way too late for my admission.

I've emailed King's because this seems to contradict what they told me earlier, but I'm freaking out a bit.

Has anyone been through this? Did Qualification Check eventually accept your provisional degree certificate, or did King's have to step in?

my\_qualifications are sufficient to meet the conditions btw-

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's dealt with this.

My post-IELTS anxiety was completely wrong

I just want to say… trust me when I tell you that you are the worst judge of your own IELTS performance.
I walked out of the exam convinced I’d messed it up.
ost too many marks. I kept overthinking every pause and every answer.
For 2 days, I genuinely believed I’d end up with a 6 or have to retake the exam.
And my boom-
Listening: 8 | Reading: 8 | Writing: 7 | Speaking: 8 | Overall: 8.0
I actually had to refresh the page because I thought there was no way.
If you’re waiting for your results and your brain is convincing you that you’ve scored low because you remember three mistakes from the exam, please don’t torture yourself. I did exactly that, and it was completely unnecessary.
Our brains have a funny way of magnifying every mistake while completely ignoring everything that went well.
Anyway, I’m just really relieved. After all the overthinking, seeing that 8.0 felt surreal. Hope this reassures someone who’s currently spiralling while waiting for their results. ❤️
