What people mean when they say you are your consciousness

I thought this comment to genuinely be the only thing that truly put that phrase into a better understanding for me. I always figured it meant the soul of the person but that makes sense that its more closely related to a signal and that’s why we are able to tap into that signal elsewhere and why you can shift to be essentially anyone bc there’s a piece of that signal in them that you can tap into!

Astral Projection rut for the last couple months

Hii a couple of months ago I successfully AP’d twice back to back and now have been unsuccessful since. The method that worked for me was utilizing yoga nindra after waking up around 6 and messing w my phone for 30 mins to an hour. During the meditation I would AP or lucid dream. I have recently had such a hard keeping concentration when trying or suddenly being unable to stay awake. If anyone who uses AP as a method has any advice to get back into projecting regularly I would love it thank you!

Experienced shifters who use LOA as your main method how do you use it?

I have been attempting shifting for 6-7 years and have tried p much every method at this point. I want to give LOA a real shot, when I was trying to utilize it I would redirect my thoughts and sort of do the “oh Im in my dr rn, my vision just hasn’t caught up” thing but Its like tbh I am very aware that i’m not in my DR yk so I would love to hear your experiences and how you utilized it for your first shift!

Experiences using Slades shifting brews

Hii I wanted to chime in on the subliminal questions and see if anyone has been using slades shifting brews. Theyre the first time i’ve really noticed a subliminal affect me outright as it began giving me really vivid dreams (they were nightmares but I digress) and Ive been using them for a while now. People in the comment section have such good feedback from it and I was wondering if anyone here has had success using them!

Lucid dreaming method questions

Hii I have been attempting to work on developing my skill to lucid dream at will. I have been attempting WBTB, dream journaling and reality checks by counting my fingers and pressing my nails into each and asking myself if I am dreaming. I am wondering for those with success in this method how did you develop your skill? How long did it take you to start getting results? Once you were in it what did you do in the dream that resulted in a seamless shift? I have been able to LD before thru hypnagogia during the day when attempting to AP but I dont have much time to pause for an hour and a half in the middle of the day to consistently attempt. I have been working on doing it during active sleep but find myself falling asleep quickly and just having really vivid dreams. I feel like I am naturally inclined given I dream every single night but need an additional push to become lucid so anyone with similar experiences I would love to hear how you accomplished this!
