Started lean bulk and gained 7lbs in 6 days

Why am I gaining weight so rapidly?

For context, I was in a cut for about 6 months, losing 1-2lbs a week, eating about 1750kcal a day on average (quite a decent deficit), and have now started a lean bulk, at about 2300kcals with slightly reduced exercise (shouldn't affect too much). I've gained 3kg (7lbs) in about a week, which seems insane.

I have let loose a little bit with deserts and whatnot because I just ended my cut, but am still UNDER 2300kcals tracked every day. How could this be?

Obviously it's not all bodyfat, but where the hell is this weight going, I'm just not educated enough to understand, and am seeking knowledge! Thanks in advance.

Tips for my PowerBuilding split (mostly bodybuilding)

Hi everyone, I've been following a plan similar to this for a while now but have made a few tweaks so that abs get trained and my leg days are a bit more complete, and therefore have shifted everything around a bit. I just wondered if anyone would give their opinion - on the amount of volume, order of exercises, mix of strength and hypertrophy, and the overall exercise selection. It's a 3 day a week split. Thanks all.

Monday - Chest + Triceps + Abs

Bench Press 4x5

Overhead Press 4x5-8

Incline Dumbbell Press 3x8-12

Chest Fly 3x8-12

Triceps Pushdown 3x8-12

Overhead Triceps Extension 3x8-12

Wednesday - Back + Biceps

Deadlifts 3x5

Pull-ups/Lat Pulldowns 3x8-12

Chest Supported Row 3x8-12

Rear Delt Fly 3x12-15

EZ Curl 3x8-12

Hammer Curl 3x10-15

Friday - Shoulders + Legs + Abs

Squats 5x5

RDLs 3x8-12

Leg Press 3x10-15

Leg Curl 3x8-12

Lateral Raises 3x15-20

Hanging Leg Raises 3x10-15

Decline Sit-ups 3xF

I was also considering switching the split to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but I'm not sure whether that's a good idea or not, or if it even matters. Thanks!

Bulk? The answer may not be obvious

Ok just wanted to say I’m aware that I’m skinny fat and should probably bulk, however I have a vacation in about a month and would like to at least stay in this shape,if not get a bit leaner. I used to be about 100lbs heavier (final pic) so my physique has taken its toll but i’m on the right track. Just want some opinions, thanks!
