Blood test results.

Just had my blood test taken and I’ve got my results back. My prolactin is very high and is at 375 mIU/L. My testosterone hasn’t came back as low, but looking at it the results it seems low, my testosterone level is 15.6 nmol/L and my free testosterone is at 0.361 nmol/L. My cholesterol status is bad as well, total cholesterol 5.06 mmol/L, non HDL cholesterol 4.12mmol/L, HDL cholesterol 0.94mmol/L, triglycerides 4.85 mmol/L.

Please give me your advice.

New findings.

Alright folks,

Just came across a video from Thomas DeLauer, and it was a longevity video and it mentioned that apigenin might have the ability to reverse grey hair. Has anyone experimented with apigenin or foods that contain high amount of apigenin such as chamomile tea or parsley (which was mentioned in the video to be high form of apigenin). Let me know because I might start experimenting and seeing whether it makes a difference.

Can I grow taller

Hi there,

I’m 33 male who’s trying to increase his height without surgery. Is there anything I can do or take that is relatively safe for me to increase my height apart from posture improvement for temporary growth.

HELP! My hair is greying (33M)

Someone please help me!

I’ll give a bit of context of what’s going on. I’m a 33 year old male who greying rapidly. I’ve been grey since 25-27 and in recently months in happening alot of faster. I have been told my father started greying quite early in life so I’m assuming it’s genetics, even though my sibling aren’t greying at all. I eat very healthy and I don’t smoke or drink alcohol.

Things I’ve tried so far:
Copper and zinc
Blackstrap molasses
Minoxidil (I’ve been told it darkness hair, but taking it for hairloss)
L’tyrosine
B12
Vitamin D with k2

I have also had a comprehensive blood test taken via a company called MEDICHECKS and I’ve undergone a gut health check via a company called healthpath. These are results if anyone can indicate anything that stands out.

Low levels of Bifidobacteria and key butyrate-producing (friendly) bacteria

High secretory IgA - indicating immune activity

Elevated zonulin - indicating leaky gut

High levels of sugar - which may indicate carbohydrate malabsorption

My blood test only indicates that my testosterone is low and my cholesterol is really high.
