Silent reflux and Helicobacter pylori

I suffer from silent reflux, but I discovered the bacteria by chance. However, I don't experience any digestive pain at all, only symptoms of silent reflux without a cough, such as a sore throat, difficulty swallowing, frequent swallowing, frequent throat clearing, belching, shortness of breath when symptoms worsen, and chest pain. Do you think the cause is bacteria? Because today is day 7 of treatment for bacteria with pylera and antacids, but the symptoms are still ongoing. Please advise. I had an X-ray of my digestive system. I don't have acid reflux, which means my sphincter muscle is working well, and I don't have a hiatal hernia.I've been suffering for a long time, but the symptoms were mild and manageable. However, over the past four months, the symptoms have worsened. I found a high level of the bacteria in a breath test, but without the classic symptoms. Is this really the cause, and will I get better after finishing treatment? Please reply if you see my message, as I'm no longer able to perform my daily activities and I have difficulty driving due to frequent swallowing.
