Hi mga nanay! We just found out we’re pregnant 4 days ago! Clinically confirmed thru HCG levels 5w1d today.

Kahapon meron akong mild cramping + minimal brown discharge na nag show sa underwear. I was prescribed to do a week of bedrest and twice a day Heragest.

Today naman intermittently after peeing merong brown discharge when I wipe. :( I wear a liner para kita ko if yung amount pero hindi siya umaabot sa liner. Consistently after peeing lang talaga. May naka-experience na po ba sa inyo nito? I am spiraling and would love to hear success stories.

Please success stories lang po. I am taking care of myself and wouldn’t like to spiral pa lalo.

Hi girlypops! I've posted this 2 months or so ago to share my experiences with several OBs that I have been with since I have PCOS/PMOS. Last week, lumipat na naman ako ng OB and we clicked! I know that managing PCOS/PMOS symptoms ay very hard kaya naman mas okay to be with an OB that you align with.

She's very chill! I told her I have PCOS and gusto na magtry this year. No rush, no worries, she's chill. Hindi robot and with so much empathy. A patient's minimum inside her clinic is 15 minutes which I think is great kasi hindi siya nagmamadali; the downside, syempre is the wait, but it sure is worth it! I feel really good about this!

My OB-REI is Dr. Niña Patricia Gaerlan-Revecho, REI. She has clinics around Alabang, Las Pinas, and Bacoor. And I would love to vouch lang.
