Just wondering if it’s advisable to patch the game for 4k or should I just set it up for something like 1440p or 1080p.
I did have it on 4k at one point but it felt pretty unstable and idk if that was something on my end or not
Sorry for any inconveniences but is anyone aware as to why I cannot get this game to play on pc. For context I used to be able to play it fine before I upgraded to a 4k monitor which I had a few mods on, so I decided to redo the mods from the ground up on a fresh install so what I'm adding is:
So one crash is from the game movies which I identified as the Fullscreen bug in the FaQ on here. The other crash will consistently happen when going into the games graphic settings 100% of the time, the other ones are random but mostly when saving or changing locations through load screens which just feels so unstable from what my game was 2 years ago when I last played it.
I have also tried just vanilla to see if anything works and it still seems to crash when going into the settings. I have redone the mod list about 3 times now and its always the same issues no matter what even trying all the suggestions like disabling triple buffering, grass and soft shadows. If anyone can assist it would be much appreciated, Thank you.
