You guys deal with wierd shit with trying to file warranty? I run about 15 hvac trucks and have well over 125k invested Milwaukee. We've had a press tool fail and trying to file warranty is a nightmare. They want proof of purchase, but no one is willing to tell me when I even purchased this tool. My supplier can't provide an invoice based on serial and Milwaukee won't tell me when or where it was purchases. I know, I know, we probably shoukd have a log of every tool tied to the purchase invoice, but here we are. This is the first time in 3 years we've has a tool fail under warranty....
