



How to sleep for longer?
Need some advice. See my whoop stats attached. From the data, my biggest problem seems to be time spent asleep. But I do struggle falling asleep, and most mornings I’m awake by 5am whether I want to be or not. Sometimes I’ll wake up at 3 and just lie there.
Anyone have any advice for me? As you can see from the other stats, overall health seems to be in check. My main wind down routine involves quick journal, lighting a candle, reading and off to bed. Phone is usually away 30mins before I go to sleep and always have “warm light” on the phone screen from 5pm.
