How to sleep for longer?

Need some advice. See my whoop stats attached. From the data, my biggest problem seems to be time spent asleep. But I do struggle falling asleep, and most mornings I’m awake by 5am whether I want to be or not. Sometimes I’ll wake up at 3 and just lie there.

Anyone have any advice for me? As you can see from the other stats, overall health seems to be in check. My main wind down routine involves quick journal, lighting a candle, reading and off to bed. Phone is usually away 30mins before I go to sleep and always have “warm light” on the phone screen from 5pm.

To sell or not to sell?

Keen to get some opinions on this. I’ve had my license & bike for exactly one year. I’m in love with the bike. I’ll be moving down to Melbs from Syd in about a month and have been trying to sell my bike as I was planning on using the cash to cover some rent whilst I settle in.

I’ve spent money on advertising, reached out to everyone I know that rides or considered riding, gotten them to share the adverts etc and can’t find anyone interested in buying - I think people do t have the money these days anymore.

Anyone else struggling to sell?

Shall I keep the bike and pay a courier to transport it down for me?

Would appreciate some different perspectives. My family really want me to sell it - they think it’s a death trap.
