He doesn't get any status moves on level besides force palm (if that counts) and trying to get one by rng isnt reliable. Just feels like a miss. Does the hidden ability change on evolution or something? Lucario doesn't need prankster and definitely will hold it back.

Unless there's some big brain strats that I dont know about (I dont bother with status most times or any strat besides be fast and hit hard)

Basically what the title says, Its not like I'm telling her not to do anything or saying she'll never make it (tho I did say the chance is small) but I mainly do not want her to apply to it incase she gets picked because she'll be gone for 2 months and I have been the only one working since October (she had a summer job that lasted till then) as she goes to college and I work my job. I would rather not have to try to budget alone for 2 months while she's doing whatever on set for the show.

I feel like an asshole for not wanting her to do it deep down but I will miss her a lot and if we had more money saved up (she will start her job next month but won't be working when she gets back from the show) I wouldn't care as much either but with just me working we barely been getting by.

And I know all this is just a IF she gets picked which is why im not trying to get her to not do it. But I know I will be devastated if she does get selected. I'll be happy that she gets to have that experience but I'll be a wreck the whole time. I couldve been a bit more supportive and excited for her to do it she could probably tell I wasn't all that excited that she wants to do this and I feel bad but I just can't really hide it its not like im not trying.

Anyway its not like this is breaking our relationship and sorry that this isnt juicy like other stories are on here. I just got nowhere else to vent about this and also would appreciate some advice if any from whoever reads this. She's been the only person in my life the past couple yesrs since my friends stopped talking to me so thats why I can't really talk to anyone about this.
