Dmv never entered my cdl test results

I took my dmv cdl a test on 8/17/26. I passed was given a paper interim commercial drivers license from the dmv that day and they took my physical license that day. It's now 10/6/26 and I've been waiting on getting my physical card so I called the main office to see what's going on. They told me they don't have any records of my test or results in the system. So im just fucking confused on what's going on. I'm suppose to go out of town next week for orientation for a cdl a job i just went through hell to get, and this is going on. I dont not want to retest 2 months later and im not even in a school to use their truck to even test again. It's just a super shitty situation

Wtf is this?

Ive been doing flex for 5 years and never seen this screen before. I had a block scheduled arrive on time take my Pic amd scan In get my staging location. Get to the spot and its empty. So Im thinking we'll maybe its not finished yet let me wait a min. Wait for about 10 mins nothing, so I goto the warehouse manager and as I waiting 3 other ppl had the same issue location was empty. So he tells he he doesn't want to get in trouble for overbooking us so we have to contact support. I contact they dont really so I wait. Good thing I did because my screen suddenly changed to the searching for a route screen. Got withbthe manager again he told me to wait the 30 mins to let it overbook. So I wait the 30 mins then this fucking screen pops up. Get with him again and hes like contact support again. So I do and they say they are creating a ticket. Have any of you had this issue before and how did it go?
