Scarlet Witch Buff Idea (PLEASE LET DEVS SEE THIS)

Hey guys! I don't really post on here but I've had this idea that I really want to reach the devs. I've heard word a Wanda rework coming in, and while I am not totally against that idea, I think her current kit can work if they just try a little bit (plus they could save that new rework for Agatha's or WIccan's kit >.>). I posted this in their discord but I will also post it here. Please give me your opinions and if you would add anything!!! Also for those that want to know I am a Celestial Wanda/Storm/Mantis main so I think I know a *little* about high elo, but I am far from a pro or a game designer so don't take numbers too seriously, this is mainly an idea and for fun!

This is my idea for a wanda rework (ish) that I think would help her out in high elo while keeping her very new player friendly.

  1. Wanda's left click should heal her for a small % of the dmg it deals. It should also go back to having % dmg for tankier targets.

This is because Wanda is a brawler with no sustain (aside from Jubilee enhanced teamup). She also has 250 hp. This small healing could help with considering she doesn't access to hundreds of bonus health the way Bucky, Elsa, or Black Cat do. I'm aware this is her most controversial ability but I think if it's not the premiere damaging ability and only used as a sustain and recharging option. It would be healthier long term.

  1. Make Wanda SLIGHTLY faster within her fade (shift ability)

  2. Have Wanda's stun bubble apply a mark (or runes or whatever) to each enemy stunned. Wanda can detonate these marks with her cthonian bursts (right clicks) for extra damage. These marks refresh everytime the targets get stunned. When using Jubilee teamup, detonating the bubble will detonate all of the marks on the enemies as well.

Wanda mains know that the only "combo" you have is the stun into easy to land cthonian bursts. With this change, high elo players will be able to keep up in damage output with other duelist, while new and low elo players are more incentivized to learn how to aim and not rely on their chaos control (left click) for damage only.

And that's it! The goal of this rework/buff is really just to make it so her left click succ is NOT the premiere damage option and only there to recharge her cthonian bursts and to heal her if she needs it. I like this idea of her being an elusive duelist who fades in and out of a fight, but right now with her low base hp and not super high damage, she needs SOME form of sustain to keep up with the rest of the cast. I don't believe this change will immediately put her in S+ on every tier list but that's not the goal. The goal is to make her FEEL better to play for both new players, low elo, and high elo all at the same time. And if more buffs need to be done, now there is more levers the devs could use (increasing mark damage for high elo for example).

Thank you for reading if you got this far! I know it was a bit of a long one. But please let me know if you liked it or hated it or want to add to it idk. Love yall!

Mel Rebuttal rework idea

I normally don't post but I have kinda sat on this idea for awhile and wanted to share it with actual Mel mains. I've had this idea that allows Mel to have a healthier version of rebuttal while also keeping what I love about the character. Her stacking passive. Also I am NOT a game designer therefore this idea may not be perfect but numbers can be changed. I wanted to find a version of Rebuttal that is not as frustrating, but not weak. And if she IS weak with this version of rebuttal, hopefully there will be room to buff her in other areas with this rework. Also for those that want to know. I am a Diamond/Masters support and mid main, who plays Mel OCCASIONALLY when I play mid. But I want her to be cooler and not be stuck at a 40% winrate.

Rebuttal rework:

Rebuttal now lasts 1 second and still provides movement speed. No longer grants a shield. Rebuttal will break all projectiles (similar to windwall). If it is not a projectile, Mel will take damage. Mel has 50% damage reduction during the duration of rebuttal. Rebuttal will no longer reflect abilities back at enemies. Rebuttal will break the projectiles and reflect back homing missiles back at the enemy that threw the projectile, depending on damage dealt.

For example, if an Ezreal throws and ult at Mel which would normally do 500 damage, Mel can use Rebuttal to break the ultimate and reflect 5 (1 for each 100 damage) homing missiles back at Ezreal.

The goal of this rework is to put Mel into more of that "anti-mage" role (big high damage spells means more homing missiles spawned) while also not making her super frustrating to fight as certain characters (reflecting nami and seraphine ults back at the enemy team). Additionally, the extra homing missiles will help stack her passive leading to more opportunities to kill enemies with her ult. With this rework, she also retains her core flaws of being bad against melee brawlers and assassins. She wouldn't be a great first pick champion, but she would be a decent mage overall which is the hope.

Thats it! A bit long but I hope I got the point across. Lemme know if yall got any other ideas. I would really love if the devs saw this!
