Are my hardneck garlic ready to dig up?

I planted these hardneck garlic last fall and cut the scapes maybe 2 weeks ago. It is hard to tell based on the yellowing of the plant leaves, the status of the garlic in the ground. And test bulbs I just dug up don't have that well defined swollen clove look to them. But rather they look like small smooth onions.

Should I leave the rest in the ground for another week or two to let the bulbs fill out?
