Account Ban Bug??
A friend of mine and I played Overwatch last night for the first time in maybe a month or two for either of us. We ran 2-3 comp games and won all of them.
Well, we were going to hop back on today and his account was ‘banned’. Just odd because he preformed well in his games, and neither of us said anything in team/match chat.
But it only says he’s banned when he launches the actual game. It doesn’t say he’s banned in the battle.net launcher, nor when he logs into battle.net on his browser. It tells him he has no penalties on his account besides past ones (2+ years ago). He hasn’t gotten an email from blizzard either, the last one was over 4 months ago about something completely different not regarding a penalty at all.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a bug or is Blizzard just hitting the ban hammer with zero explanation now?
