Looking to get a full tune up done to my 2019 dodge charger sxt rwd and was wondering roughly how much will it cost me ?? Thanks for any time and answers :)

Hey there !!! Asking a question about my 2019 dodge charger sxt with 115,000 km and automatic transmission

I got these tires and rims off a 2019 charger srt and tried to put them on my 2019 charger sxt, but after I torqued them up I went to move my car, and it was like my e brake was on, it wouldn't move at all, so i tried to give it a little more gas ( even at this point it was like the e brake was on, like it had to pass a hump in order to move forward or backward ), just to see if it would move, and I heard a low deep grind noise as it moved literally centimeters... so I instantly stopped, looked around underneath just incase and was genuinely like wtf...so i put my old rims and tires back on my car praying to whatever car gods there is that the problem would go away and thank f@*k the car moved like normal. Can anyone tell me what possibly happened ?? If I over torqued, would that cause anything to do this ? Any time and answers are greatlyyyyy appreciated.

If my opp sends a reinoheart to the gy by card eff and ss it from the grave, can they use havnis eff to fuse using that reinoheart ? Asking because reinoheart says but banish it if it leaves the field :) thanks for any time and answers :)
