2.3 lima wit 190,000 miles

Hi All quick question, i am looking at a 1996 mazda b2300 with 190000 miles and a 5 speed RWD, according to the seller only has a misfire when sitting for a few hours that goes away and doesnt come back until it sits again for a few hours. Seller is a mobile mechanic and needs something bigger for tools and such and is asking $3500. I am interested to have a project truck and but i want to offer maybe $2800 because so many miles and 30 year old truck. I heard the 2.3s are very reliable but is it worth it to take a shot with 190,000?

Am i looking at a rusted through frame?

Looking at the spot to the right of the factory hole, i asked the seller to take a better picture but waiting to hear back, if so would that be patchable/fixable? Guy is asking $2400 for. 2000 with 108k

Is this rust too much to wire wheel and convert?

Looking to buy a 2000 Mazda B2500 this is what the frame looks like, wondering if this looks too far gone to wire wheel and use a rust converter, there are no holes just the rust like seen in the picture all around the frame. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Edit:
Added another picture in the replies, at $2,400 with 108k miles (it would be my first truck) i really want to go for it and use as a project, I have another car so wouldnt rely on it to get to work while working on it, thanks for the insight

Considering buying a Toyota T100 for $3000, the engine have the code F2R N73 in it 167,000 miles, curious on the reliability for this truck and ease of getting parts, my biggest concern is an ecm that may go bad causing ignition problems. Did some little research that this could be a concern? If anyone has any experience with these trucks of that year/engine that would be great to know. Thanks
