People who studied HR from tier 2,3,4 where are u now?

A little abt me - I am a psychology graduate who is interested in earning money 😭 And honestly many of my peers /seniors told me it has no money, so i am thinking of doing MBA with HR, but the prbm is, many people on reddit said that MBA is useless if not done from places like - XLRI, TISS blah blah

Tbh not everyone can get jn these colleges, so what happens to the rest of the people? And honestly i took a year gap for studying and many other reasons, so dont want to waste another year again.

I want to ask people who have done MBA with HR specialisation from tier 2,3,4,5....idk colleges Is it worth it and how much do you earn? (if you guys don't mind sharing) Please reply so you guys can help me!
