Hi all!

I have a 2009 NC2 Miata (Bone stock other than coilovers/tires/pads) got my ECU unlocked and "Tuned" by a well-respected tuner in the area, with ECUtek RaceROM features installed- no power, just RaceROM. He did some logging and some manual adjustments, made sure everything was running well, and went on my way. The car has been running really well overall. On the street and during spirited driving, everything works exactly as it should.

The only issue I’ve noticed has been under track conditions; the problem occurs when entering a corner on track. During braking and a downshift, as I begin to exit the corner, the car will suddenly cut the throttle and go into limp mode. I then have to quickly turn the car off and restart it. After restarting, the car drives normally again, but the CEL remains illuminated. The code I’m consistently seeing is:

P2108 – Throttle Actuator Control Module Performance

This happened intermittently over both of my track days. Other than these incidents, the car runs great.

What’s interesting is that the issue seems to occur exclusively under track-driving conditions. I haven’t experienced it on the street, even during spirited driving, or at autocross events.

My initial thought was to start with a throttle relearn and see if that helps going into next season.

I had an interview for a finance position about three days ago, and I felt it went very well. Today, I received a request to complete a Sterling background check along with two security-related forms in order to "continue through to the next step in the selection process."

So far, there has been no mention of a third-round interview or a conditional offer.

Is this a normal part of the hiring process at LM, or does being asked to complete the background check typically indicate that you're at or near the offer stage, assuming everything comes back clear?

Hey all, I have an interview for a Financial Analyst position at LM (Rotary and Mission Systems area). It's not for a senior role, but it also doesn't look like a new grade or junior role either. Just looking for some tips on how I can succeed the best, and maybe some ideas on questions I can structure around. Thank you, any help is appreciated!

• Ensure adherence to external and internal financial and program management requirements that fall within the program finance area of responsibility
• Support the Program Business rhythm on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Support Senior Analysts and the program manager in the development of required command media and in the establishment of critical structures that will be used to managed and report on the program(s), such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) mapped to the SAP and Program Toolsets
• Support senior analysts in the establishment and maintenance of required program logs, such as the Budget Baseline Log
• Support the Program Management team in the development of Estimates to Complete (ETCs), and ensure adherence to the program's change process and thresholds using established guidelines
• Support the Program Management team to analyze and forecast financial performance including the development of monthly outlooks or forecasts and analysis of deviations from annual Outlooks and Long Range Plan forecasts
