Have any of you experienced green smelly thick pus from your HS? Have never experienced it and it’s scaring me. When it came out, it was pretty green but on the paper after a few minutes turned darker.

I have OCD along with my ADHD and just moved into a new place without a dishwasher. I thought it would be fine but I feel sick every time I wash with my OCD. My friend recommended a small countertop dishwasher since it’s just me in my place.
Do you all have a recommendation on the best brand or best model that you have?
