I bought a Samsung 870 evo ssd for my ps3 but did not realize there’s about 4 different bracket sizes for the ps3 I thought they were all the same. I’m not to familiar yet with SSD’s or hard drives but is there anyway I can get a bracket that’ll allow the ssd to fit in the ps3? I have a ps3 cech 2001a if that helps at all. Thanks in advance for any advice
Just bought a PS3 CECH 2001A and got stuck on the system update loop code error 8002f1f9. I tried restarting it multiple times even taking out the hard drive and just can’t get out of this loop. I am now stuck on this screen instead of the loop and all it does is have me restart the ps3 over and over via controller home button. I bought this ps3 via online and was literally just setting it up. I do have a warranty and don’t know if I should just return it or try and fix it, thanks for any advice.
