I live in Redlands CA and this is probably too niche, but I’ve been noticing a LOT of 944s in my area lately. From what used to be once every 2 years has been 6 in the past 2 weeks.

Just hoping to find someone in the area who loves these cars and would also like to pick their brains on how to work on them as well as find out where they source their parts.

Before my brother passed in 2013, he left behind a 1986 944 Turbo with a Lindsay racing kit. So since then I’ve tried to learn to work on German turbod cars and help my dad finally get it up and running.

Again, just a shot in the dark to either find a local community or to find the madman restoring all of them.

I’m on a time crunch trying to get my rear brakes done today, but the calipers seem like they don’t want to come off, are there any tips for taking them off?

Also, it’s gotten to the point where I was desperate enough to try and kick it and it still didn’t budge.

Has anyone else been experiencing brain fog or lightheadedness lately? I’m assuming it was just weather or allergies, but the gas leak has made me believe otherwise.

Edit: I’ve worked all day and also went to the gym, everyone I’ve talked to has said that they’ve felt lightheaded and brain fog in the past week. NOT A HEALTH CONCERN.
