
2 years progress!! In my late 40s feeling better than ever
90 pounds in two years. I honestly don't know how to explain what finally made this time different except that I stopped trying to out-discipline myself and just got a little more organized about it. Tracked food, showed up consistently even when I didn't feel like it, stopped treating one bad week as a reason to restart from zero.
I'm in my late 40s which I used to use as an excuse. I'm not doing that anymore lol. Feels better to just say: I did this, and it took a while, and that's okay.
Still weird to look in the mirror. In a good way.
